The BKT You Forward Journey Assistance Programme offers thoughtfully designed plans to support customers during unexpected roadside situations. Plans are displayed to customers on the Plan Selection screen and are available through the Crossroads service platform.
Each plan comes with a 2-year validity and a defined set of roadside and premium facilitation benefits. Customers are advised to review the plan benefits carefully before selecting a plan that best suits their needs.

PAN-India coverage, 24×7, excluding select remote and restricted regions such as Leh-Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, extreme hilly areas, or conflict-affected zones.
