    • Ensure your vehicle is in safe location accessible, and legally permissible location before raising a service request.
    • Additional charges may apply for the services beyond plan coverage and shall be borne by the User.
  • The Company reserves the right to verify membership, vehicle details, and location before dispatch and to decline service in unsafe or inaccessible areas
    • Service requests are logged & tracked for the quality assurance.

BKT TYRES YOU FORWARD service Turnaround Time (TAT)

Any turnaround time (TAT) mentioned herein or communicated through any medium is purely indicative and represents internal operational targets based on past averages. The Company does not guarantee adherence to any stated response or arrival timelines. Delays in service delivery due to traffic conditions, weather, accessibility of the location, unavailability of third‑party service providers, force majeure events, or any third‑party dependency shall not constitute deficiency in service and shall not give rise to any claim, refund, compensation, or damages.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, and solely for general guidance purposes, the approximate indicative response time ranges are as follows:

  • 30-45 minutes: Within city municipal limits
  • 60-90 minutes: Outside city municipal limits or Highway
  • 90-120 minutes: Hilly Areas

The above timelines are not service-level commitments and may vary depending on actual ground conditions.

Services are available across multiple locations in India subject to operational feasibility. Services may not be available in Leh Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, extreme hilly areas, disturbed areas, remote or inaccessible locations, or any location where service provision is not commercially or operationally viable.

Terms & Conditions

This End–User Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between you, an individual or an individual acting on behalf of your employer, a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) who will be using services of  Roadside Awareness Private Limited under its brand “Crossroads” (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Agreement

The Services (defined below) provided by the Company are offered to the User in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including any amendments, operating rules, or policies that may be published by the Company from time to time, all of which are hereby incorporated by reference. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and the Company and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings related to the subject matter herein.

2. Regarding Services

Services” means the facilitation, coordination, and arrangement of journey assistance programme and related support for the User through the Company’s helpline, technology platforms, systems, or independent third‑party service providers, including but not limited to towing coordination, on‑site assistance facilitation, fuel delivery facilitation, information support, hotel accommodation, cab services, ambulance, legal and any ancillary services, features, benefits, or tools offered by the Company from time to time, whether provided with or without charge as per the Services selected by the User.

3. User's Registration Obligations

The User must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for the Services. In consideration for the use of the Services, the User agrees to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about themselves as prompted by the registration form
  • Maintain and promptly update such information to ensure it remains true, accurate, current, and complete

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify the Registration Data and to suspend, restrict, or terminate the User’s account, or deny current or future access to the Services, without notice or liability, if any Registration Data is found to be false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, unverifiable, or misleading.

Any loss, delay, or non-provision of Services resulting from inaccurate or incomplete Registration Data shall be solely at the User’s risk.

4. Use of Registration Data

The User acknowledges that the Registration Data will be stored by the Company. The Company agrees not to contact the User if the User has expressly informed the Company of their preference not to be contacted. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to prevent third parties from contacting the User.

5. Communication to Users

Crossroads (a unit of Roadside Awareness Private Limited) may communicate with its registered users or members through promotional or transactional emails, SMS messages, or phone calls to share information regarding its services, renewals, and promotional offers from its partners and alliances.

6. User Conduct

The User agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations while using the Services, and further agrees not to engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or adversely affects the Services, the Company’s operations, systems, or the use and enjoyment of the Services by other users. The User shall be solely responsible for the content of their private and public communications, whether uploaded, posted, emailed, or otherwise transmitted through the Services, and shall be liable for all such communications.

The User agrees:

  • To comply with all requirements, procedures, policies, and regulations of networks connected to the Services
  • Not to resell the Services or any part thereof, including access to or use of the Services

The User further agrees not to upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit through the Services:

  • Any unlawful, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, indecent, tortious, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind
  • Any material that infringes or violates the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights
  • Any material that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Any unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or other forms of solicitation

The User acknowledges and agrees that the Company may, at its sole discretion, ban the User from future use of the Services in the event of non-compliance with the Company's standards of conduct. Furthermore, the User acknowledges and agrees that the Company reserves the right to recover damages from the User for any losses incurred as a result of such non-compliance.

7. Indemnity

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its third-party service providers, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with :

(a) the User’s access to or use of the Services;

(b) any breach of this Agreement or applicable law by the User;

(c) any act, omission, misrepresentation, or negligence of the User;

(d) infringement or alleged infringement of any third‑party rights; or

(e) any dispute between the User and a third‑party service provider.

This indemnity obligation shall survive termination or expiry of this Agreement.

8. Storage of Communications

The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for the deletion, loss, or failure to store any email messages, communications, or other content maintained or transmitted through the Services, whether arising from system limitations, technical issues, third‑party dependencies, or otherwise.

The Company reserves the right, to impose, modify, or remove limits on storage capacity, retention periods, or availability of any such content without notice or liability.

9. Termination

The User agrees that the Company may terminate the User's password, account, or use of the Services if the Company believes:

  • That the User has violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement
  • That the User has violated the rights of the Company, its third-party service providers, or other users or parties

10. Links

The services may provide, or users may include in emails or community postings, links to other websites or resources. However, the User agrees not to include in emails or community postings (or elsewhere via the Services) any "deep link" leading to a webpage other than the home page of another party's website unless such a link is authorized by the owner of that website. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Company is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, or for the User's use of deep links, and that the Company does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials available on or from such sites or resources.

11. Company's Proprietary Rights

The User acknowledges and agrees that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, or other material contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented through the Services or third-party advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. The User agrees that such material may only be used as expressly authorized by the Company or advertisers, as applicable, and may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or used to create derivative works without such express authorization.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The User understands and agrees that any information, content, data, or other material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Services is obtained at the User's own discretion and risk, and the User will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer system or loss of data resulting from such downloads.

The Company makes no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through the Services or any transactions entered into through the Services.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the User from the Company or through the Services, shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

13. Limitation of Liability

The User agrees that the Company and its third-party service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The User further agrees that the Company and its third-party service providers shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether such interruption, suspension, or termination was justified or not.

The User acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall the Company be liable for any damages, whether in contract or tort, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits arising out of compliance or attempts to comply with applicable law.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any and all matters relating to this Agreement for any aggregate amount in excess of the amount paid by the User as per the service plan taken.

In the event that the Company is unable to provide services due to reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure events, infrastructure failure, third-party dependency, or government restrictions, the Company shall not be held responsible for any compensation, loss, or damages exceeding the total amount paid by the User to the Company.

14. Amendment

The Company may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Continued access or use of the Services shall be deemed to constitute the User's conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement.

15. General

The Company's third-party service providers are intended beneficiaries of this Agreement. This Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Company shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The User and the Company agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delhi.

The failure of the Company or its third-party service providers to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

The User agrees that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Services or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

16. Activation

Payment made via online mode will be activated immediately upon successful purchase through our website..

17. Special Exclusions

The scenarios that have special exclusions under prevailing conditions are as follows:

  • "Roads" hereinafter refer to the main roads of the city selected by the subscriber and do not include interior roads of any colony or service lanes. Consequently, customers will not be entitled to free service in case of delays exceeding the following time limits for complaints on such roads: 30-45 minutes (Within city municipal limits), 60-90 minutes (Outside city municipal limits or Highway), 90-120 minutes (Hilly Areas)
  • Services are not applicable in motor racing, rallies, speed or duration tests, practice runs, or operations outside official roads.
  • Any kind of force majeure situation is excluded
  • In case of an accident, services will not be provided, and the Company shall not be held responsible for the non-provision of such services. For the purpose of this clause, “accident” shall mean a road traffic incident involving the User vehicle that results in bodily injury, death of any person, or damage to third‑party property, and where there is a reasonable likelihood of legal or criminal proceedings, including police reporting, registration of an FIR, investigation, or court action. Such incidents generally attract statutory or third‑party liability.

For the avoidance of doubt, minor incidents, self‑damage, mechanical or electrical failures, or any event not giving rise to potential legal proceedings or third‑party claims shall not be regarded as an Accident for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Breakdowns caused by deliberate damage, vandalism, or participation in a criminal act or offense are excluded.
  • Immobilization resulting from damage caused by intervention of police or other authorities is excluded.
  • Vehicles kept in a non-roadworthy condition or not serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations are excluded.
  • Benefits (towing, roadside repair, and fuel supply) may vary based on different product offerings.
  • Helpline services are for the vehicle and not for the person however as per the BKT TYRES YOU FORWARD membership chosen certain services such as cab, hotel accommodation, ambulance and legal assistance may be provided by the Company.
  • Helpline service is available within the municipal limits of the city/cities listed under this service contract.
  • "Pan India" or "National coverage" means services are available across all cities and highways as listed on our website. However, the Company reserves the right to discontinue services in any city or highway with or without prior intimation. Registered clients shall have no claim thereto.
  • Deals and discounts offered by garages and other partners are for promotion of their respective brands. Company does not guarantee the quality of service and is not responsible for any claims and/or damages arising from availing these offers and deals.
  • Towing shall be provided by cranes, and the charges for the same shall be borne by the client as per actual.
  • It is mandatory for the customer to produce membership details to avail of the services. If the vehicle is repairable on the road, towing/dropping will not be provided. Towing shall be provided to the nearest service station by our service vans only to vehicles that are easily towable, at market price.
  • For heavy vehicles, towing shall be provided by crane at additional cost, at rates agreed upon by the clients.
  • Fuel up to five (5) litres at actual cost will be provided in case of emergency. Fuel rate is subject to local city rates and availability. CNG and other gases/octane fuel are not provided under this service agreement.
  • Tube or tubeless tyre repair consumables shall be provided at actual cost depending on the number of punctures. The per-puncture repair cost is variable and depends on the area.
  • In case of misuse of services, or misbehavior, helpline services may be cancelled or stopped without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to do so without prior intimation.
  • The Company is authorized to add or change any or all terms and conditions at its discretion at any time with or without prior notice.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any claims or refunds whatsoever. In rare and extreme cases, any claims shall not exceed the residual value on a per-day prorated basis of the registration period of the service fees paid by the customer. The damages or claims, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user as per the service plan taken.
  • The User or their representative will have no claim against the Company or its representatives, whether civil, financial, or criminal in nature, pursuant to this helpline service in respect of death or injury of the User or any other person, or loss or damage to any property caused by or due to equipment failure, negligence, breakdown, accident, or fire during utilization of services or while the vehicle is under repair by the Company's representatives.
  • One membership is valid for one vehicle only.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only.
  • Non-Providing of services in accidental cases.
  • Unless specifically detailed in this Agreement, the Company shall provide journey assistance programme and related services on a 24×7 and 365-day basis. Notwithstanding the foregoing, services shall remain suspended on Vishwakarma Day, observed as an official company holiday, and the Company shall bear no liability for any delay or non-availability of services arising therefrom.

Plan Benefits & Customer Responsibility

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that services, benefits, limits, entitlements, monetary caps, and exclusions vary based on the specific BKT TYRES YOU FORWARD plan selected at the time of purchase.

The User confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and accepted the plan benefits, coverage details, service limits, and exclusions prior to completing the purchase.

The User further agrees that no claim, dispute, refund, compensation, or grievance shall be raised on the basis of an assumption, misunderstanding, or expectation of services not explicitly included in the purchased plan.

It is the User’s sole responsibility to verify plan features before purchase. Post‑purchase claims stating lack of awareness of plan coverage or based on reliance on oral communication by Dealer shall not be entertained.

Cab, Accommodation & Ancillary Services

Certain ancillary services such as cab or taxi assistance and hotel accommodation, if offered, are available only under select BKT TYRES YOU FORWARD plans, subject to clearly defined limits, conditions, availability, and exclusions.

Any such services:

  • Are not standard inclusions
  • Are provided only if explicitly stated in the purchased plan
  • Are subject to monetary caps, availability, and operational feasibility

Any cost exceeding the applicable plan limits shall be borne solely by the User.

Data Privacy and Protection

Purpose of Data Collection

Company collects and processes personal information such as name, contact details, vehicle registration number, and payment details solely for the purpose of providing journey assistance programme (BKT TYRES YOU FORWARD) services, verifying membership, ensuring timely support, and improving service quality.

Lawful Processing

All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian data protection laws and for the purpose mentioned in this Agreement. The Company shall process your data only with your consent or as necessary for the performance of services under this agreement.

Data Storage & Retention

Your data will be securely stored on protected servers located within India. The Company retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil service obligations, resolve disputes, or comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Once the retention purpose expires, data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

Data Sharing

Personal data may be shared with authorized third-party service partners (such as towing operators, mechanics, or call center vendors) strictly on a need-to-know basis to provide the requested services. Such partners are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and use the data only for fulfilling service requests.

User Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 , users have the right to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of their personal data held by the Company
  • Request correction or deletion of inaccurate or obsolete data
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential communication (such as marketing promotions)
  • Lodge complaints related to misuse or unauthorized disclosure of data

Any such requests can be made by contacting [email protected]. The Company will respond within a reasonable time as per applicable law.

Data Security

The Company implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including encryption, access control, and audit logs, to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Third-Party Links

The Company's website or communication may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such external sites, and users are advised to review their respective privacy policies before sharing any personal information on links to third-party websites.

Policy Updates

The Company reserves the right to modify this Data Privacy & Protection Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on the Company's website or communicated through registered channels. Continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Balkrishna Industries Limited (“BKT TYRES”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how personal data is collected, used, processed, stored, disclosed and safeguarded when you access, register for, or use the BKT TYRES You Forward program.

This Policy applies to personal data collected through BKT TYRES You Forward customer interfaces, dealer locations, journey assistance programme services, websites (including sub‑domains and microsites), QR‑based registration links, mobile applications, dashboards, call centres, payment gateways, and communications through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other electronic means.

By accessing or using BKT TYRES You Forward services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with this Policy.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, unless the context otherwise requires:

“BKT TYRES”

means Balkrishna Industries Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, including its authorised representatives, officers, employees and affiliates in relation to the BKT TYRES You Forward program which will offer its sales network for sale of services by Crossroads.

“BI WORLDWIDE” or “BIW”

means BI WORLDWIDE India Private Limited, the authorised digital platform and program management partner responsible for operating the technology systems, dashboards, reporting, analytics, and governance for the BKT TYRES You Forward program.

“Roadside Awareness Private Limited ” or “Crossroads”

means the third‑party journey assistance programme service provider responsible for payment processing, service activation, call‑centre operations, journey assistance programme dispatch, invoice issuance, and dealer incentive payout activities.

“Personal Data”

means any information that identifies or can be used to identify an individual, directly or indirectly, including but not limited to name, contact information, vehicle information, images, transaction data, service history, identifiers, or technical information.

“Service Providers”

means third‑party entities engaged by BKT TYRES, BIW, or Crossroads under contractual arrangements to perform specific services, including hosting, analytics, communications, security, customer support, payment processing, or audits.

“Cookies”

means small data files placed on User device by websites or applications to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.

“User”, “You” or “Your”

means any natural person who accesses, registers for, or uses the BKT TYRES You Forward program.

2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

BKT TYRES may collect and process the following categories of Personal Data under the BKT TYRES You Forward program:

(a) Contact Information

  • First and last name
  • Mobile number (primary unique identifier)
  • Email address (optional)
  • City, state, and location details

(b) Vehicle & Purchase Information

  • Vehicle registration (number plate)
  • Invoice number (used as a unique reference per tyre purchase)
  • Tyre purchase information including:
    • Number of tyres
    • Tyre size and pattern
  • Uploaded images including:
    • Vehicle number plate image
    • BKT TYRES tyre image

(c) Transaction & Financial Information

  • Plan selected under BKT TYRES You Forward
  • Payment transaction details and references
  • Payment confirmation status and history

(d) Service & Program Information

  • BKT TYRES You Forward assistance code
  • journey assistance programme service requests and tickets
  • Technician dispatch details
  • Call centre communication logs

(e) Technical & Usage Information

  • IP address
  • Device type, browser type, and operating system
  • Website and app usage patterns
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies

You confirm that all Personal Data provided by you is voluntary and accurate. Failure to provide required Personal Data may result in BKT TYRES being unable to provide You Forward services.

3. HOW PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED

Personal Data is collected through the following methods:

(a) Information Provided by You

When you:

  • Scan a BKT TYRES You Forward registration QR and enter your personal data in system
  • Register for the program
  • Upload images or documents
  • Select a plan and make payment
  • Communicate with customer support

(b) Automatic Collection

Through:

  • Website and application access
  • Cookies and analytics tools
  • System logs, device identifiers, and session records

(c) Partner‑Generated Data

Through Crossroads and BIW systems during:

  • Payment processing
  • Service delivery
  • Incentive computation
  • Reporting and reconciliation

4. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND USE

Your Personal Data may be collected, used, processed, disclosed, and shared for the following purposes:

(a) To register, activate, and manage BKT TYRES You Forward services
(b) To verify tyre purchase and vehicle ownership
(c) To provide 24×7 journey assistance programme and support
(d) To process payments and issue invoices
(e) To enable dealer attribution and incentive payouts
(f) To communicate service updates, notifications, and emergencies
(g) To improve service quality and customer experience
(h) To prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity
(i) To comply with legal, regulatory, audit, and contractual obligations
(j) To generate aggregated insights for program performance analysis

5. CONSENT AND LEGAL BASIS

By accepting this Privacy Policy, you explicitly consent to:

  • Collection and processing of your Personal Data
  • Sharing of data with authorised program partners
  • Use of your data for service delivery and compliance

You acknowledge that acceptance of this Privacy Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and BKT TYRES.

6. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

BKT TYRES may share Personal Data only as required for the execution of the program with:

(a) BI WORLDWIDE

To operate the digital platform, dashboards, analytics, system governance, and reporting.

(b) Crossroads

To process payments, activate services, generate You Forward codes, issue invoices, provide journey assistance programme, and execute dealer incentive payouts.

(c) Service Providers

For hosting, SMS/email delivery, analytics, customer support, auditing, and security activities.

(d) Legal & Regulatory Authorities

Where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority.

BKT TYRES does not sell or disclose Personal Data for unrelated commercial or marketing purposes.

7. DATA SECURITY

BKT TYRES and its partners implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard Personal Data, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission
  • Secure servers and firewalls
  • Role‑based access control
  • Monitoring, audits, and logging
  • Confidentiality obligations for personnel

8. DATA RETENTION

Personal Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide BKT TYRES You Forward services as mentioned in clause 4 above.
  • Meet audit, tax, and legal requirements
  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements

Thereafter, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. STORAGE LOCATION

Personal Data collected under this Privacy Policy is hosted on secure servers located in India or in jurisdictions compliant with Indian data protection laws.

10. USER RIGHTS

You may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent for your Personal Data, subject to legal and service constraints.

Withdrawal of consent may result in termination of services.

11. MINORS
